Friendship Community Church is hosting a dedication for its new pavilion and playground on Saturday, June 27, at 12:30 p.m. There will be a meal and family day to follow. The church is located on Highway 259 in the Fishpond community at what was formerly Friendship United Methodist Church. All are welcome to attend.
Weekly
Unity Fellowship Church; located at 8780 Coosa County Road 56, Weogufka, 35183; is having Bible Study each Wednesday at 5:30 p.m. in the fellowship hall of the church with a meal provided. If you would please contact Martha Mooney at 205-249-0472 or Pat Green Gaither at 256-391-7353 to confirm each Wednesday of any cancellation. Bible Study is usually finished by 7 p.m. Everyone is welcome!
Monthly
Every second Tuesday of the month, Manna Ministries of Rockford Baptist Church hosts a free community dinner from 4-6 p.m. Donations are welcome for the meal, but not required.

Every third Monday of the month, Manna Ministries of Rockford Baptist Church holds a food drop from 9 to 11 a.m. For more information call 256-377-4900.
