Hickey – Cook
Mr. and Mrs. Jason Hickey of Foley, Alabama, formerly of Hanover, Alabama, announce the engagement of their daughter, Elizabeth Marie, to Eric Cook, son of Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Cook of Sardis City, Alabama.
Elizabeth is the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Louis Zicarelli of Birmingham, Alabama; Mr. Robert Hickey and the late Linda Hickey of Hanover, Alabama; and Mr. Darrell McGlynn and the late Elizabeth McGlynn of Birmingham, Alabama.
Eric is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. John Cook of Attalla, Alabama.
The bride-to-be is a 2017 graduate of Central High School in Coosa County and a 2022 graduate of the University of Montevallo, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Deaf Education. She is currently employed as a middle school English teacher at the Georgia School for the Deaf in Cave Spring, Georgia.
The groom-to-be is a graduate of the University of Montevallo and has a Bachelor’s of Business Administration (2019) and a Masters in Business Administration (2021).
