Lady Mandy Hill enjoyed her surprise birthday party recently.

Courtney Carden, left, glows the night away and helps make the Glow Back to School event a success.
With much going on in our personal lives, there is not much to share this week. I wanted to touch on a couple of things and share photos related to last week’s column, and I look forward to returning next week with a full column, Lord willing.
I apologize for the oversight as last week I did not submit a photo from Lady Mandy Hill’s birthday celebration as I had meant to. So I wanted to share it this week as a belated birthday recognition. We are so glad she enjoyed her surprise birthday party at Rockford Church of God!
I also wanted to share a photo of Courtney Carden glowing away at the Glow Back to School event hosted by Rockford Church of God. I wrote about this event last week, and we thank everyone who made the day such a success!
Don’t forget, Union Square’s Neighborhood Watch meeting is Monday, August 5, starting at 6 p.m. Please attend if at all possible.
