While many of us come from big families, let us remember that love and kindness can unite us all. By looking beyond bloodlines, we can find a sense of belonging and connection with those we choose to call family.
We feel a love so deep that it’s heavenly, but when those loved ones inflict pain, we can no longer endure it. We set boundaries to protect ourselves and eventually part ways.
Life’s experiences and events will eventually bring us full circle. Wounds are healed and love mended. We then ask ourselves why it ever ended. We recognize that time and space gave us enough room to grow and know that we will always be connected.
We have souls that know no bounds. Despite our persistent attempts to emphasize our distinctiveness and glorify our separate identities, we are reaching a stage where we are recognizing our shared humanity. We are more similar than we are different, and our collective journey as humans is more paramount than our individual differences.
Fear often holds us back, as the fear of loss is so great that we refrain from fully experiencing love. For the love of life, let love prevail.
