Twelfth grader Madison Jennings is such a talented and outgoing young lady. She affects others with her naturally positive nature. She works hard on her academics and extracurricular activities and is an excellent role model for other students. Madison enjoys actively working in the Beta Club and Media Club. Her hobbies include reading, writing, drawing, and watching anime movies such as Sailor Moon. Madison volunteers in the library. She also enjoys being the Cougar’s mascot and spending time with her dog, Scooby. Congratulations, Madison!

Eleventh grader Alex Williams is a natural leader and a positive role model for other students. He has a tremendous work ethic and an outstanding attitude. He is such a valuable asset to our school. Alex’s hobbies are playing basketball and football. He also loves to cut hair. His plans are to pay his way through college by working as a professional barber. Alex is a people person and has many friends at CHS. Congratulations, Alex!

Tenth grader Emma Jones is an outstanding young lady. She is always positive and very helpful. She often produces the Central Broadcasting News for our school and does an excellent job. She likes to learn new things and is very committed to her academic success as a dual enrolled student at Central Alabama Community College. She is a natural problem solver and has great ideas. She participates in Media Club, Beta Club and Key Club. In her spare time, Emma enjoys fishing and hunting. She plans to attend college to become an anesthesiologist. Congratulations, Emma!

Ninth grader Vince Grogan is always a polite and very respectful young man. He is always willing to help his teachers and fellow students whenever they are in need. He is well liked by peers and is a joy to have as part of our school community. Vince’s favorite class this year was world history, thanks to Mrs. Stover’s creative style of teaching. He is a very active member of SGA and is a Central basketball Game Changer volunteer. Vince plans to try out for the basketball team while continuing his activities as a Game Changer. His hobbies are hanging out with his friends and parents. Vince’s future goals are to attend college at Jacksonville State University to become a physical therapist. Congratulations, Vince!

Eighth grader Frank George is a very respectful and intelligent student. He studies and does well in his classes. When he has a question, he respectfully asks and participates in all class activities. He is a good student to have in class. Frank likes learning new things that are not common knowledge. He loves meeting new people and is grateful for the teachers that have helped him along the way. Frank’s future goals are to become a biologist and be a financially independent adult. Congratulations, Frank!

Seventh grader Lazora Adamson is such a polite young lady. She is very helpful to others and goes out of her way to help her peers. She is a joy to have as part of our school community. Lazora is diligent and works hard at school, but confesses to being a homebody and says that her favorite place to be is at home because she enjoys spending time with her family. Lazora is very creative and artistic and draws as a hobby. Her favorite period of the day is seventh period, because afterwards she gets to relax at home for the rest of the day. Lazora aspires to become an artist and to have her own art exhibit in the future. Congratulations, Lazora!
