Monday morning Central Coosa celebrated its youngest graduates with kindergarten graduation as the senior graduates led them from their classrooms to their ceremony. Forty-six kindergartners, family and faculty celebrated the beginning of their education journey. After Principal Forbus welcomed everyone and the “Pledge of Allegiance” was recited, the kindergartners sang “Mr. B Good Morning” before they received their diplomas.
A special thank you to our kindergarten teachers who provided a strong foundation for our youngest learners, Mrs. Alverson, Mrs Hagan and Mrs. Wells, as well as the paraprofessionals, Ms. Brisker and Ms. Tinney, who assisted them. Before we know it, we will be celebrating their senior graduation.
