On April 14, Deputy James Dawson arrested Rickey L. Whetstone, a citizen of Kellyton, on the charge of Driving Under the Influence (Alcohol). He was processed into the Coosa County Jail with a $2,000 bond.
On April 16, Sgt. Mike Rudd arrested Eliseo Gonzales, a citizen of Anniston, on the charge of Driving Under the Influence (Alcohol). He was processed into the Coosa County Jail with a $2,000 bond.
On April 17, Sgt. Mike Rudd arrested William Joseph Wells, a citizen of Rockford, on the charge of Violation of a Protection Order. He was processed into the Coosa County Jail with a $2,500 bond.

On April 15th, Deputies were dispatched to Coosa County Road 56 after receiving reports of an abandoned vehicle. The vehicle was towed by Big Mac.
On April 15th, Deputies were dispatched to US Highway 231 after receiving reports of a residential burglar alarm. The alarm was determined to be false.
On April 17th, Deputies were dispatched to US Highway 280 after receiving reports of a suspicious vehicle. Negative contact was made and the vehicle was unoccupied.
On April 17th, Deputies responded to Coosa County Road 68 after receiving reports of an unwanted person. It was determined to be a civil matter, and no report was needed.

HANOVER
On April 15th, Deputies were dispatched to Coosa County Road 49 after receiving reports of animals in the roadway. After arriving, Deputies were unable to find said animals.
On April 16th, Deputies were dispatched to US Highway 231 after receiving reports of a disabled motorist. The scene was turned over to ALEA.
On April 16th, Deputies were dispatched to Coosa County Road 49 after receiving reports of a reckless driver. Negative contact was made.
On April 17th, Deputies were dispatched to Tiger Mart after receiving reports of a suspicious person. Said person was arrested on an outstanding warrant and transported to the Coosa County Jail.
On April 18th, Deputies were dispatched to US Highway 231 after receiving reports of a disabled motorist. A Deputy waited with the motorist until the wrecker arrived.
On April 19th, Deputies were dispatched to Coosa County Road 49 after receiving reports of animals in the roadway. After arriving, Deputies were unable to find said animals.

On April 14th, Deputies were dispatched to Coosa County Road 49 after receiving reports of a civil dispute. No report was needed/wanted.
GOODWATER
On April 19th, Deputies were dispatched to The Coosa County Sheriff’s Office after receiving reports of Fraud. A report was taken and the case is under investigation.
