Central of Coosa County blew past the Dadeville Tigers in their December 1 home court game, posting a 91-49 win. With Central of Coosa County ahead 44-20 at the half, the game was all but over already.
Central of Coosa County can attribute much of their success to Lacorrian Thompson, whom Max Preps named Player of the Game. Lacorrian scored 21 points along with 9 assists and 3 steals. The contest was Thompson’s third in a row with at least 10 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Majavius Culpepper, who scored 17 points.
Central of Coosa County headed out on the road to face off against Fayetteville December 5, where they also took the win with a score of 87-31. Max Preps named senior Elisa Hayes Player of the Game with 26 points.
