PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE
The Kellyton Water System will be hosting a Public Meeting on Thursday November 16, 2023, at 5:00 p.m. The meeting will be held at the Water Board Office located at 378 Firehouse Road, Kellyton, Alabama 35089. The Public Meeting will be held to receive comments on the SRF Applications and Environmental Facilities Plan for the Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF) Loan -Project No. FS010388-01. The Environmental Information Document (EID) describing the project will be available for review at the Kellyton Water System Office located at 378 Firehouse Road, Kellyton, Alabama 35089 during regular business hours.

DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT SERVICES AND SOFTWARE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Coosa County, Alabama (County), shall receive and open bids for document management services and software, including document inventory, secure document transport and storage, off-site scanning, indexing, and ongoing document management software with a public facing interface as specified in the Invitation to Bid.
By no later than 10:00 a.m. Central Time December 1, 2023, all bids must be mailed or hand-delivered to:

Only bids received in above-referenced location by 10:00 a.m. Central Time December 1, 2023, will be opened and considered. Bidders and any other interested individuals are invited to attend the bid opening.

Visits will only be allowed during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Central Time, excluding holidays. No visits will be scheduled after November 10, 2023.
