October 16-20 is Alabama College Application Week, which is an annual initiative in which colleges and universities waive application fees for prospective students. Students have the opportunity to apply for admission to more than 60 colleges or universities at no cost, a savings of $50 on average per school. Coosa County Schools Career Coach Keslie Garrett and Central High School counselor Annette Long worked through Ms. Johnson’s English 12 classes to assist seniors with completing their college applications this week.
