Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed by Robert L Terrell, a married
male and Barbara R Terrell, a married female originally in favor of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as beneficiary, as
nominee for Embrace Home Loans, Inc. as its successors and assigns on September 24, 2015, said mortgage recorded in the Office of the
Judge of Probate of Coosa County, Alabama, at Book 435, Page 427; the undersigned Nationstar Mortgage LLC, as Mortgagee/Transferee,

Notice is hereby given to Chance Lee Shurum, the alleged father of Daemon Axel Lee Shurum, born 4-7-21, whose present whereabouts are
unknown and cannot be ascertained after diligent search and inquiry; or any other person or persons who claim to have a legal interest in
the following proceedings in the Juvenile Court of Mobile County, Alabama viz:

In the matter of the permanent custody and termination of parental rights of the parents of Daemon Axel Lee Shurum, born 4-7-21;
Heretofore/This 7th day of February 2023, came the STATE OF ALABAMA DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN RESOURCES and filed in this Court a petition asking for the permanent custody and termination of parental rights of the parents of said child for the purpose of placing said minor for adoption. The said Chance Lee Shurum, alleged father, shall respond to the complaint no later than 30 days after the last date of publication shown herein. It is ORDERED by the Court that the 13th day of October 2023, at 8:00 a.m., be appointed a day for hearing said petition, at which time all parties who claim to have a legal interest can appear and contest the same if they think proper.
