Yard sale at St. John AME Church in Socapatoy every weekend this summer! Starts Friday, May 5, and goes through the end of July. Yard sale will be held from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. every weekend except Mother’s Day and Father’s Day weekend. Clothes, furniture, TVs, rugs, tools, vacuums, home interior, and more. Custom lemonade stands, built to order: $250.
June 17
The Alexander City Church of God invites you to join them at Strand Park in Alexander City on Saturday, June 17, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Enjoy free popcorn, hot dogs, chips, cotton candy, drinks, a bouncy house, and games! This is a come and go event, so bring your children by for free snacks and fun. Hosted by The Church of God; 405 13th Ave. North; Alexander City; Vacation Bible School Outreach.
June 21-23
You’re invited to Vacation Bible School Wednesday, June 21, through Friday, June 23, from 6 to 8 p.m. For ages 2 to 15 years old. Royal Fun Faire will be held Saturday, June 24, from 3 to 7 p.m. at The Church of God; 405 13th Ave. North; Alexander City. Pastor: Criston McMillen, 256-625-1560. Join us for VBS while learning to put on the whole armor of God so we can stand in today’s battle for truth.
