Goodwater’s newest retail store, the Family Dollar/Dollar Tree, officially held its grand opening and is ready for business. The Town of Goodwater, Coosa County Chamber of Commerce and Lake Martin Area Economic Development Alliance joined together Saturday morning, April 22, with company representatives for a special ribbon cutting ceremony to commemorate the grand opening. The Family Dollar/Dollar Tree duo store is located at 22070 Alabama Highway 9, Goodwater. The operating hours are 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. seven days a week. Photo submitted
