NOTICE OF UNDERGROUND STORAGE TANK (UST) CORRECTIVE ACTION PLAN
AND REQUEST FOR COMMENTS
Coosa County
Bowden Oil Company, Inc., P.O. Box 145, Sylacauga, Alabama, is required by ADEM to implement a Corrective Action Plan for remediation of soil and/or groundwater which has resulted from a release from an underground storage tank located at Shop N Fill #15, 1652 Highway 280, Kellyton, Alabama. The site is identified as Facility I.D. Number 10642-037-017769 and Incident Number UST19-07-08. The proposed remediation methods include remediation by natural attenuation with mobile enhanced multiphase extraction events.
Copies of the Corrective Action Plan for Shop N Fill #15 are available for public inspection electronically via http://adem.alabama.gov/newsEvents/publicNotices.cnt and at the following location Monday – Friday (except legal holidays), 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
