MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE SALE
Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed on October 19, 2005 by Boyd Frye and wife, Connie Frye, originally in favor of CitiFinancial Corporation, LLC, and recorded in MORT Book 382 at Page 4 on October 25, 2005, in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Coosa County, Alabama, and secured indebtedness having been transferred to US Bank Trust National Association, Not In Its Individual Capacity But Solely As Owner Trustee For VRMTG Asset Trust. LOGS Legal Group LLP, as counsel for Mortgagee or Transferee and under and by virtue of power of sale contained in the said mortgage will, on September 13, 2021, sell at public outcry to the highest bidder in front of the main entrance of the Coosa County, Alabama, Courthouse in the City of Rockford, during the legal hours of sale, the following real estate situated in Coosa County, Alabama, to wit:
One acre of land, more or less, located in the SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 23, Township 24 N, Range 16E, Coosa County, Alabama, described as follows: being at the SE corner of said 1/4-1/4 Section; thence run W along the S line of said 1/4-1/4 a distance of 120 ft; thence run N and parallel to the E 1/4-1/4 line a distance of 120 ft; thence run N and parallel to the E 1/4-1/4 line a distance of 340 ft more or less to a point on the southerly right of way of a paved Co. Rd thence run E along said RD a distance of 134 ft, more or less to a point on the East 1/4-1/4 line; thence run S along said E line a distance of 400 ft more or less to the point of beginning.
