MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE SALE

Default having being made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage dated March 28, 2015 executed by Stanley E. Thomas, single & Georgia Ann Long, unmarried, in favor of Green Tree Servicing, said Mortgage being recorded April 9, 2015, in Mortgage Book 433, Page 583, in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Coosa County, Alabama; having later been assigned to U.S. Bank National Association, not in its individual capacity but solely as Trustee of NRZ Inventory Trust by instrument recorded in Book 462, Page 793, in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Coosa County, Alabama. Said default continues and notice is hereby given that the undersigned, U.S. Bank National Association, not in its individual capacity but solely as Trustee of NRZ Inventory Trust, under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgage, will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash at the main entrance to the County Courthouse, Coosa County, Alabama on 08/23/2021, during the legal hours of sale, the following described real estate situated in Coosa County, Alabama, to-wit:

      

Commence at the Northwest corner of the West half of the Northeast quarter of Section 35, Township 22 North, Range 19 East, Coosa County, Alabama; thence North 84.20 feet to a point; thence S 80 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East, 409.50 feet to a point; thence South 06 degrees 52 minutes 40 seconds West 47.50 feet to an iron pin lying on the South right of way of County Road 30 and the Point of Beginning; thence along said right of way  S 80 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds E 137.40 feet to an iron pin; thence leaving said right of way South 06 degrees 52 minutes 40 seconds West 262.35 feet to an iron pm; thence North 80 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds West 137,40 feet to an iron pin; thence North 06 degrees 52 minutes 40 seconds East 262.35 feet to the Point of Beginning. Said property lying and being. Situated in the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 35, Township 22 North, Range 19 East, Coosa County, Alabama.
