Description of Property being sold: Approximately 6.6 acres located at 15394 U S Highway 280, Sylacauga, AL 35150.  (Building on property in need of significant repair.)

Minimum Bid – $25,200.00         (Known Prior Encumbrances: None)

Under the authority in IRC Sec. 6331 the property described above has been seized for nonpayment of IRS taxes due from Richard L. Graham.  The property will be sold at public auction sale as provided by IRC Sec. 6335 and related regulations.  Only the right, title, and interest of Richard L. Graham in and to the property will be offered for sale.  If requested, the IRS will furnish information about possible encumbrances, which may be useful in determining the value of the interest being offered for sale.  All payments must be by cash, a certified, cashier’s, or treasurer’s check drawn on any bank or trust company incorporated under the laws of the United States or under the laws of any State, Territory, or possession of the United States, or by a United States postal, bank, or express money order.  Make check or money order payable to U.S. Treasury Dept.   Payment Terms:  Full payment required upon acceptance of the highest bid.
