Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage dated September 19, 2000 executed by Dana T. Harrison, a married woman and Cassius J. Harrison, in favor of Conseco Finance Corp. – Alabama, said Mortgage being recorded September 26, 2000, in Book 344. Page 225, in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Coosa County, Alabama; having later been assigned to U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, for Manufactured Housing Contract Senior/Subordinate Pass-Through Certificate Trust 2000-6 by instrument recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Coosa County, Alabama. Said default continues and notice is hereby given that the undersigned, U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, for Manufactured Housing Contract Senior/Subordinate Pass-Through Certificate Trust 2000-6, under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgage, will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash at the main entrance to the County Courthouse, Coosa County, Alabama on 06/03/2021, during the legal hours of sale, the following described real estate situated in Coosa County, Alabama, to-wit:
Commencing at the NW Corner of the NW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 6, Township 24 North, Range 19 East, Coosa County, Alabama; thence S 89 degrees 17 minutes 50 seconds E along the North Line of said 1/4 1/4 Section, a distance of 284.50 feet; thence S 1 degrees 00 minutes 21 seconds E, a distance of 1799.86 feet; thence S 0 degrees 56 minutes 44 seconds E, a distance of 817.48 feet; thence N 89 degrees 06 minutes 38 seconds E, a distance of 574.41 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING, being a point on the North boundary of a 35′ access easement; thence N 44 degrees 41 minutes 43 seconds E along said easement, a distance of 75.77 feet; thence continue N 52 degrees 30 minutes 56 seconds E, a distance of 80.56 feet; thence leaving said easement go S 15 degrees 08 minutes 00 seconds E, a distance of 730.70 feet to a point on the north boundary of County Road No. 41; thence S 73 degrees 36 minutes 34 seconds W along said boundary, a distance of 140.00 feet; thence N 15 degrees 08 minutes 14 seconds W, a distance of 665.05 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING; said described tract containing 2.25 Acres, more or less.
