On Wednesday, June 10, at approximately 1 p.m., special agents with the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency’s State Bureau of Investigation launched a death investigation at the request of the Chambers County Sheriff’s Office.
The investigation began after deputies with the Chambers County Sheriff’s Office located two unresponsive individuals in the 1000 block of County Road 86 in Lanett, located within Chambers County.
Upon arrival, deputies located Jessica Folds, 47, of Lanett and Daniel Robbins, 44, of Macon, Ga. Both Folds and Robbins were pronounced deceased at the scene.
Both bodies were transported to the Alabama Department of Forensic Sciences for an
autopsy.
Nothing further is available as the investigation remains ongoing.
