Do not vote in the dark

Sometimes it seems to me that death is a fantasy. Sometimes I wish it was. However, death is real, and I must accept it!
Though it is not easy, death comes with life. In the last month three of my very close loved ones, my dearest cousin Teresa and two special friends, have met death, and it seems so unreal. I am overwhelmed. Please pray for me. As you pray, please include the Brown family, the Graham family, the Walkers, the Taylors, and all who are suffering lost loved ones.
Let’s pray for our country and our post office and mail system. The mail system is terrible! Something needs to be done! Thirteen days for an important piece of mail to come from Titus to Rockford and 10 days for a letter to get to New York, when mail sent from New York to Rockford only takes four to five days. I have worked for the post office, and I know that should not be. It seems people don’t care anymore about others’ well being.
Everybody who’s eligible to vote, please go do so and make sure you know what you are doing before you do. It’s not about the parties. It’s about the character of a person and what their values are. Some people vote on their friends’ opinion or what they think, not knowing the real truth about a person.
You must read and study about a candidate before you vote in the dark. One of the dumbest things to do is vote in the dark. You cannot see who you have chosen. Many of us are doing just that to say “I voted,” and this is why the world is so crazy now. The blind is leading the blind.
Anyone who knows the old guy’s character and thinks he is fit for president needs to get in touch with his nephew and sister and learn more about him. It is very obvious if you’ve done your homework that the old guy is not fit for president. He is all about self.
This country needs someone who cares about all people, especially for the men and women who served this country for all mankind. People, go do your homework before you vote. It is very important who you put in office. It’s up to us, and we cannot blame anyone else. The polls don’t lie. They cannot see who’s voting, and they are not prejudice either!
I am missing my sweet cousin Teresa so much. I cry when I think of the sweet moments we had together, the encouraging words she always had for me, the sweet phone calls and visits. Teresa was a very sweet mellow girl. I will forever keep those sweet memories in my heart. I love you, girl.
Happy birthday to Shirley Ogle, Bonnie Abrams, Bobby Davis, Johnny Schmidt, Chat Lee, and all September babies.
