On Wednesday, April 24, the Alabama Department of Corrections, or ADOC, Law Enforcement Services Division, or LESD, executed an arrest warrant on ADOC Correctional Security Guard Tyree Lynette Hoyle at Kilby Correctional Facility.
She was transported to the Montgomery County Detention Facility and charged with use of official position for personal gain. Hoyle has resigned from her position with ADOC.
The LESD investigation is ongoing, and further charges may be pending.
