ARRESTS
On March 31, Deputy Payton arrested Alexis Taylor Houk, a citizen of Dothan, on the charge of Buying/Receiving Stolen Property. Subject was processed in the Coosa County Jail with no bond.
On April 1, Lt. Moon arrested Brandon Nico James Stilwell, a citizen of Sylacauga, on the charge of Domestic Violence 3rd. Subject was processed in the Coosa County Jail with no bond.
On April 4, Deputy Ward arrested Timothy Roland Wall, a citizen of Alexander City, on two charges of Failure to Appear in Court. Subject was processed in the Coosa County Jail with $1,000 bond.
CALLS FOR SERVICE
MARBLE VALLEY
On April 3rd, Deputies were dispatched to Little Tom Road after receiving reports of a suspicious person. Subject left the area prior to Deputies arrival.
On April 6th, Deputies were dispatched to Varner Lane after receiving reports of an unwanted person. Deputies spoke with the subject and the subject left with no further incident.
STEWARTVILLE
On March 31st, Deputies were dispatched to US Highway 231 after receiving reports of a domestic dispute. The subject left prior to deputies arrival, but a report was taken.
On March 31st, Deputies were dispatched to US Highway 231 after receiving reports of a civil dispute. Deputies spoke with both parties, determined that the issue was a civil matter; no report was needed.

WEOGUFKA
On March 31st, Deputies were dispatched to Coosa County Road 29 after receiving reports of a suspicious vehicle. Negative contact was made with the vehicle.
On April 3rd, Deputies were dispatched to Live Oaks Lane after receiving reports of a civil dispute. No report was needed, caller advised of civil process.
On April 5th, Deputies were dispatched to McLain Lane after receiving reports of a civil dispute. Deputies spoke to both parties, advised of civil matter, and no report was needed.
On April 6th, Deputies were dispatched to Coosa County Road 56 after receiving reports of a suspicious vehicle. The vehicle was found unoccupied and no further action was taken.
HANOVER
On April 2nd, Deputies were dispatched to US Highway 280 after receiving reports of a suspicious vehicle. The vehicle was found unoccupied and no further action was taken.
On April 2nd Deputies were dispatched to Coosa County Road 75 after receiving reports of keys being locked inside of a vehicle. Deputies were able to assist the motorist in unlocking the car.
On April 5th, Deputies were dispatched to Coosa County Road 49 after receiving reports of a disabled motorist. Deputies assisted the driver in changing a tire.
On April 5th, Deputies were dispatched to Payne Road after receiving reports of a suspicious vehicle. Deputies made contact with the driver and advised them to leave without incident.
On April 6th, Deputies were dispatched to US Highway 280 after receiving reports of a disabled motorist. Deputies made contact with the driver and assisted them in moving to a safe place off of the highway.
On April 6th, Deputies were dispatched to US Highway 231 after receiving reports of a disabled motorist. Deputies made contact with the diver and assisted them in obtaining gas.
GOODWATER
On March 31st, Deputies were dispatched to AL Highway 9 after receiving reports of a civil dispute. Deputies responded and found that everything was okay.
On April 4th, Deputies were dispatched to Coosa County Road 49 after receiving reports of a civil dispute. Both parties were spoken to and the issue was resolved without report.
KELLYTON
On April 1st, Deputies were dispatched to Highway 280 after receiving reports of Criminal Mischief. Deputies were unable to identify any suspicious persons and no report was taken.
On April 1st, Deputies were dispatched to Coosa County Road 50 after receiving reports of a vehicle accident. Deputies found a disabled vehicle but no evidence of a traffic accident.

ROCKFORD
On March 31st, Deputies were dispatched to US Highway 231 after receiving reports of animals on the roadway. Deputies were unable to locate the owners of the animals but stayed present until the animals exited the roadway.
On April 3rd, Deputies were dispatched to US Highway 231 after receiving reports of a civil dispute. Deputies were able to resolve the dispute without further incident.
On April 6th, Deputies were dispatched to US Highway 231 after receiving reports of a suspicious person. Deputies spoke with person and determined them to be okay and no further action was needed.
SPEED
On April 1st, Deputies were dispatched to a vehicle accident on US Highway 231. No injuries were reported and the roadway was cleared.
On April 3rd, Deputies were dispatched to US Highway 231 after receiving reports of a disabled motorist. Deputies assisted the motorist and the roadway was cleared.
COTTAGE GROVE/ HISSOP
On March 31st, Deputies were dispatched to Coosa County Road 30 after receiving reports of keys locked inside a vehicle. Deputies were able to assist the caller in unlocking the vehicle.
On April 4th, Deputies were dispatched to AL Highway 22 after receiving reports of a vehicle accident. No injuries were reported. The scene was turned over to ALEA.
On April 3rd, Deputies were dispatched to AL Highway 9 after receiving reports of a disabled motorist. Deputies stood by on scene while the motorist was assisted by another citizen.
EQUALITY
On April 2nd, Deputies were dispatched to Coosa County Road 98 after receiving reports of a domestic dispute. Deputies arrived on scene and a report was taken.
On April 5th, Deputies were dispatched to AL Highway 9 after receiving reports of a suspicious vehicle. Deputies made contact with the occupants of the vehicle and instructed the driver to move on.
RAY
On March 31st, Deputies were dispatched to a vehicle accident on Coosa County Road 54. No injuries were reported and the scene was turned over to ALEA.
On April 1st, Deputies were dispatched to AL Highway 22 after receiving reports of a vehicle accident. No injuries were reported, and the scene was turned over to ALEA.
On April 1st, Deputies were dispatched to Coosa County Road 63 after receiving reports of a suspicious person. Deputies made contact and a report was taken.
On April 6th, Deputies were dispatched to AL Highway 9 after receiving reports of Theft of Property. A report was taken and the case is under investigation.
WILDLIFE MANAGEMENT
On April 1st, Sheriff Michael Howell, Transport Officer Bill Smith, Transport Officer Mike Watts, EMA, and Marble Valley Volunteer Fire Department were dispatched to Pinhoti Trail after receiving a request for a citizen assist. Sheriff Michael Howell and staff arrived on scene and found the caller who was later airlifted to a Birmingham area hospital.
