A Clanton man was arrested late last month for a probation violation and other charge.
On July 26, Deputy Deandre Scott went to Chilton County to pick up 48-year-old Daniel Lee Hubbard of Clanton. Hubbard was arrested on warrants from Coosa County for probation violation and a charge of failure to appear for third-degree burglary.
Hubbard was transported from Chilton County to the Coosa County Jail without incident. His bond for the failure to appear charge was set at $500, and he has no bond for the probation violation charge.
As such, he remains in custody at the Coosa County Jail awaiting trial.
