The Literacy Everywhere grant kicked off its summer reading initiative with a Literacy Luau. Even Clyde the Cougar got in the spirit with his grass skirt. Participants were able to enjoy Kona Ice, receive their free summer reading packs of books and receive information on the summer reading program, including an opportunity to earn prizes.
