Family, friends and faculty celebrated the graduating class of 2022 in a faith-based graduation service Sunday evening at the Weogufka Family Worship Center. Members of the worship team, Tabitha Hyatt and Mylon Dailey, welcomed guests with worship songs. Student Government member Tasaun Harrell emceed the event while senior Daja Pearson, accompanied by Brody Hyatt on the drums, sang “Oceans.” Thank you to pastor Tommy Thornton for delivering the message to our seniors.
The presentation “Class of 2022 Then and Now;” which included the first day of kindergarten pictures, courtesy of Sheri Tidwell, and senior pictures of our graduates; brought both tears and cheers. Senior Kaitlyn Collins provided the closing remarks and benediction before attendees made their way to the fellowship hall to enjoy refreshments. Thank you also to Jonathan Hyatt for providing audio visual services.
