Happy birthday to all April Fool babies today. Two of my nephews Little Joe Crayton and J.T. Hill (Little Man) are really April Fool boys. They have a way of fooling you with their love and action. Little Man never ceased to fool me with his actions. He is so serious funny. Happy birthday, guys. We love you.
Facebook is going to get somebody hurt or killed. On Butch’s profile cover of his Facebook page, he has a photo of me and him together. Someone said to me, “You are on Facebook a lot.” I said, “No. Butch mostly is.” I could not believe when they said, “I see likes, comments and scriptures, amen, etc., and I know Butch wouldn’t do that.” I saw red. I thank God I am saved and have the Holy Ghost. I might would have done what Will Smith did. Oh no, just an April Fool joke.
But seriously, that was one of the most ignorant things Will could have done, worse than the old new guy. I guess he thought he was doing a movie, which I like none of his except this one he received an award for, and it should be taken away for the slap and his foul mouth. He better be glad Chris Rock wasn’t someone else. May God bless Chris Rock for standing strong. Actually he was the winner.
Back to the Facebook ordeal. Yes, I thank God for the Holy Ghost and the prayer language. I prayed in tongues instead of the slapping. I am still human and I wanted to, and this is why we need God and the Holy Spirit in our lives.
Thank God for the different types of tongues – praying tongues, praising tongues and rebuking tongues, etc. Woo, I really thank God for the rebuke ones. I kept my peace, the only real peace that comes from God.
Butch and I both know God, and we are saved. I cannot believe some people’s motives, especially the ones who say they are Christians. I shared it with someone, and they said it was jealousy. I didn’t quite understand because I thought there was only one kind of jealousy until I was told that there are many.
I just had another birthday on March 25, 74-plus years and I am still learning and becoming more wise. Thank God. I had just prayed asking God for wisdom a few days before this incident happened, and He answered my prayer. No matter how old you are you can still learn something new.
Children’s Corner: Children rock my soul. Last Sunday Butch and I were in this place where we met Pastor Todd and his family, along with other children celebrating a sweet occasion with much joy. One of his daughters said to one of the children, “My daddy’s name is Christopher Micheal Todd. When you say my daddy’s name, say it right.” I thought that was too cute. Butch and I laughed. She is right! If you do anything, do it right. Ha ha ha.
Happy birthday early April babies.
Let’s continue praying for our country, for this war to cease and for people to be wise and use their common sense and stop fighting one other. Please be in prayer for Mattie M. Gray and LeDelma Simmons who are both suffering from illness. Pray for Chris Rock and Will Smith.
