This recipe is easy to put together and will allow you to have a nutritional snack on hand to enjoy on its own or with other healthy snacks!
Ingredients:
10 c. oatmeal
1 c. wheat germ
2 c. coconut
1 c. sesame seeds (optional)
1 c. cornmeal
¼ c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
¼ c. oil
1 c. water
1 tsp. vanilla or almond flavoring
Directions:
Mix together thoroughly until all ingredients are evenly moistened. Spread in shallow pans (cookie sheets work best). Bake at 250 degrees for 1-2 hours, depending on your oven. Cool and store. Serve with milk or apple sauce, or any pureed fruit. Enjoy!
