With many making New Year’s resolutions for better health and trying to stick to those resolutions, these energy balls are a great and healthy snack to help give you a boost of energy!
Ingredients:
1 c. peanut butter
2 Tbs. margarine or butter, melted
½ c. honey
½ c. non-fat dry milk powder
½ c. raisins
2 c. Toasted Oats cereal
½ to 2/3 c. flaked coconut
Directions:
Combine peanut butter, margarine and honey in medium bowl. Stir in milk powder and raisins. Add cereal, stirring until all pieces are evenly coated. Drop 1 teaspoon cereal mixture into coconut and roll into a ball. Repeat for remaining mixture. Store in airtight container in refrigerator. (Makes 5 dozen.) Enjoy!
