Walnut Cranberry Salad

Ingredients:
1 cup baby greens
1 cup spinach
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 cup dried cranberries
1/3 cup feta cheese
Dressing:
The juice of 2 Halos or 1 orange
Tiny sprinkle of sea salt
1 Tbs. balsamic vinegar
1/2 Tbs. extra virgin olive oil
1/2 Tbs. local honey (or sugar if you don’t have honey)
Directions:
Chop the spinach and baby greens. Mix them with the walnuts, cranberries and cheese. Whisk the dressing together; pour it over the salad and toss.
You can also add grilled chicken on top. Enjoy!
