Herb Crusted Pork Loin

You will need:
A slow cooker
1 pork loin
A stick of plant butter or regular butter
3 apples
½ red onion
1 tsp. sea salt
2 Tbsp. thyme
2 Tbsp. sage
Directions:
Turn the slow cooker on medium heat.
Chop the apples and the onion.
Coat the pork loin in the butter. Then rub the salt and the herbs on the pork loin.
Place half the chopped apples and onion in the slow cooker. Put the pork loin on top then put the rest of the chopped apples and onion around the pork loin.
Let it cook on medium for about 4 hours.
