A Kellyton man was arrested on multiple charges related to fraudulent use of a debit or credit card earlier this month.
Sheriff Michael Howell reported that Cedric Holley, 41 years old, was employed with a company outside of Coosa County. His employer filed a report regarding fraudulent use of the company’s debit or credit card.
Howell said that all charges on the card were made in Coosa County. During the investigation, it was discovered that Holley had allegedly used the company’s card without permission.
On November 4 he was arrested and charged with seven counts of fraudulent use of a debit card. His bond was set at $35,000, and he has since been released on bond to await trial.
