On September 27, Captain Hammond arrested David Lee Butler of Sylacauga for Burglary x4 and Theft of Property x3. He was processed into the Coosa County Jail on a $57,500 bond.
On September 30, Deputy Keel arrested Steven James Cote for Failure to Appear for Possession of Marijuana 1st and Giving False Name to Law Enforcement. He was processed into the Coosa County Jail without a bond.
On September 30, Deputy Keel arrested Eric Jason Landers of Weogufka for Possession of Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. He was processed into the Coosa County Jail on a $15,000 bond.
On September 30, Deputy Keel arrested Chelsey Elizabeth Mcgathey of Sylacauga for Possession of Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Tampering With Physical Evidence. She was processed into the Coosa County Jail on a $10,000 bond.
On October 1, Deputy Scott arrested Javarse Dontrell Williams of Goodwater for Failure to Appear on Making a False Report to Law Enforcement. He was processed into the Coosa County Jail on a $1,090 cash bond.
On October 1, Deputy Scott arrested Donald Cameron Hodnett of Goodwater for Possession of Controlled Substance and Possession of Marijuana 2nd. He was processed into the Coosa County Jail on a $10,000 bond.
On October 1, Corporal Rudd arrested Mark Bernard Jones of Birmingham for Failure to Pay Child Support. He was processed into the Coosa County Jail on a $5,000 bond.
On October 1, Deputy Scott arrested Mark Wayne Akers of Sylacauga for Driving Under the Influence. He was processed into the Coosa County Jail on a $2,000 bond.

STEWARTVILLE
On September 28th, Deputies were dispatched to CR 39 after receiving a report of Trespassing. A report was taken and case is under investigation.
On September 28th, Deputies were dispatched to Macedonia Cemetery after receiving a report of Criminal Mischief. Deputy investigated area and determined no criminal activity occurred.
On September 28th, Deputies were dispatched to CR 53 after receiving a report of a residential burglar alarm. Deputy checked residence and determined alarm to be false.
On September 29th, Deputies were dispatched to CR 68 after receiving a report of Harassment. Deputy spoke with subject no report was needed.
On September 29th, Deputies were dispatched to CR 53 after receiving a report of an Assault. Victim was uncooperative and refused to file a report.
On September 30th, Deputies were dispatched to CR 29 after receiving a report of a Burglary. A report was taken and case is under investigation.
KELLYTON
On September 27th, Deputies were dispatched to Long Tree Dr after receiving a report of a civil dispute. Deputy spoke with all parties involved and situation was resolved without a report.
On September 27th, Deputies were dispatched to CR 130 after receiving a report of property damage. Damage occurred outside of county jurisdiction, advise was given.
On September 29th, the litter abatement officer was dispatched to CR 71 after receiving a report of Criminal Littering. Litter was collected and case is under investigation.
On October 1st, Deputies were dispatched to US HWY 280 after receiving a report of a civil dispute. Deputy spoke with both parties and situation was resolved without a report.
On October 3rd, Deputies were dispatched to CR 85 after receiving a report of a civil dispute. Deputy spoke with both parties and situation was resolved without a report.
ROCKFORD
On September 28th, Deputies were dispatched to US HWY 231 after receiving a report of a reckless driver. Deputy extra patrolled area and had negative contact with anyone driving recklessly.
On September 29th, Deputies were dispatched to School St after receiving a report of property damage. A report was taken and case is under investigation.
On September 30th, Joseph Corey Wilbanks of CR 19 Rockford, Al reported to the Sheriff’s Office to update his Sex Offender registration status.
On October 3rd, Deputies were dispatched to CR 19 after receiving a report of suspicious activity. Deputy spoke with subject and situation was resolved without a report.
RICHVILLE
On September 29th, Deputies were dispatched to CR 29 after receiving a report of a domestic dispute. Deputy spoke with all parties involved and situation was resolved with no report.
HANOVER
On September 29th, Deputies were dispatched to CR 75 after receiving a report of a suspicious person. Deputy made contact with subject and a report was taken. Case is under investigation.
On September 30th, Deputies were dispatched to US HWY 231 after receiving a report of property damage. Situation was resolved without a report.
GOODWATER
On September 28th, Deputies were dispatched to US HWY 9 after receiving a report of a domestic dispute. Deputy made contact with subject and Kellyton Medics transported to Russell Medical Center for treatment.
On September 29th, Deputies were dispatched to Gamble rd. after receiving a report of Trespassing. Deputy spoke with ATV driver and situation was resolved without a report.
On October 3rd, Deputies were dispatched to CR 85 after receiving a report of a Burglary. Deputy spoke with complainant and situation was resolved without a report.
On September 30th, Deputies were dispatched to CR 66 after receiving a report of a domestic dispute. Deputy spoke with all parties and situation was resolved without incident.
EQUALITY
On September 27th, Dwain Anthony Lewis of CR 98 Equality, Alabama reported to the Sheriff’s Office to update his Sex Offender registration status.
On October 1st, Deputies were dispatched to CR 76 after receiving a report of a civil dispute. Situation was resolved without a report.
MARBLE VALLEY
