By Christa Jennings
Gary Bodrick
A man from the Kellyton community was arrested earlier this month after allegedly damaging a vehicle.
Sheriff Michael Howell reported that the Sheriff’s Office was called out to County Road 42 in the Kellyton area in reference to a subject causing damage to a victim’s vehicle.
Deputy Scott and Reserve Deputy Peyton responded to the scene and located the subject, later identified as 39-year-old Gary Bodrick of Kellyton. The investigation determined that more than $2,500 of damage was done to the victim’s vehicle.
As such, Bodrick was arrested on the charge of first-degree criminal mischief, as well as harassment.
His total bond was set at $5,000. He has since been released on bond to await trial.
