The Alabama Cooperative Extension System Food Safety Team is working hard to provide food safety information to our clients in Alabama. This year, the food safety agents will provide current information on various subjects on the first Tuesday of every month at noon. We ask you to join us LIVE @acesfoodsafety on Facebook. Questions for the “Tuesday’s Table Talk” may be submitted to www.aces.edu/go/TableTalkTuesdays. The panel will answer questions live on Facebook @acesfoodsafety. Topics are planned for the first Tuesday of each month from now through November. Upcoming topics include “Drying, Pickling and Fermentation” for July 6 and “Starting a Food Business” for August 3. See more topics closer to time for those discussions.
