On June 14, Corporal Moon arrested Gelicia Gaines Campbell of Goodwater for Theft of Property 1st. She was processed into the Coosa County Jail on a $10,000 bond.
On June 14, Corporal Moon arrested Michael Wade Uding of Fairhope for Theft of Property 3rd and Theft of property 4th. He was processed into the Coosa County Jail on a $7,500 bond.
On June 14, Corporal Rudd arrested Javarse Dontrell Williams of Goodwater for Failure to Appear/Child Support. He was processed into the Coosa County Jail on a $2,500 cash purge.
On June 15, Corporal Rudd arrested Kenneth Thomas Wall of Goodwater for Criminal Mischief 3rd. He was processed into the Coosa County Jail and released on a $500 bond.
On June 15, Corporal Moon arrested Christopher Edwin Shierling of Munford for Failure to Appear/Speeding Less than 25 MPH, Failure to Pay/ Operating Vehicle without Insurance and Failure to Pay/Speeding Less than 25 MPH. He was processed into the Coosa County Jail on a $1,057.80 cash bond.
On June 15, Deputy Bradberry arrested Jeffrey Allen Cleckler of Clanton on the charges of Failure to Appear/Possession of Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Escape 3rd. He was processed into the Coosa County Jail without bond.
On June 15, Deputy Bradberry arrested Perley Wayne Winkler of Rockford for Failure to Appear/Driving Under the Influence and Failure to Pay/Disorderly Conduct. He was processed into the Coosa County Jail on a $2,289.20 cash bond.
On June 17, Corporal Rudd arrested Donald Mark George of Notasulga for Failure to Pay/Child Support. He was processed into the Coosa County Jail on a $1,500 cash payout.
On June 18, Deputy Bradberry arrested Bradley Dewayne Travelstead of Goodwater for Domestic Violence 3rd/Assault. He was processed into the Coosa County Jail on a $2,000 bond.
On June 19, Deputy Bradberry arrested Casey Hugh Barnett of Sylacauga for charges of Failure to Appear on Unlawful Manufacturing of Controlled Substance and Possession of Controlled Substance. Also, Failure to Pay Giving False Name to Law Enforcement Officer and Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle. He was processed into the Coosa County Jail without bond.
On June 19, Deputy Bradberry arrested Nathan Allen Smith of Sylacauga for Possession of Marijuana 1st, and Attempting to Elude Law Enforcement. He was processed into the Coosa County Jail on a $10,000 bond.
On June 20, Corporal Rudd arrested Elver Cary Mitchell III of Jacksons Gap for Probation Violation. He was processed into the Coosa County Jail without bond.
On June 20, Deputy Ward arrested Dakota Layne Gaither of Alexander City for Failure to appear/Theft of Property 3rd x2. She was processed into the Coosa County Jail on a $600 bond.
CALLS FOR SERVICE
STEWARTVILLE
On June 15th, Deputies were dispatched to CR 117 after receiving a report of Theft of Property. A report was completed, and case is under investigation.
On June 16th, Sylacauga Ambulance and Stewartville First Responders were dispatched to Friendship Lane after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was treated on scene without incident.
On June 16th, Harry James Embry Jr., a registered sex offender on CR 74, reported to the Coosa County Sheriff’s Office to update his quarterly Sex Offender registration.
On June 15th, Deputies were dispatched to Orange Lane after receiving a request for a welfare check. A Deputy made contact with resident, and everything was determined to be ok.
On June 17th, Deputies were dispatched to CR 29 after receiving a report of a civil disturbance. Deputy spoke with all persons involved and situation was resolved without incident.
On June 18th, Deputies were dispatched to US Hwy 231 after receiving a request for a welfare check. Deputy made contact with resident and everything was determined to be ok.
On June 18th, Deputies were dispatched to Sunnyside Circle after receiving a request for a welfare check. Deputy made contact with resident and everything was determined to be ok.
On June 19th, Deputies were dispatched to Sunnyside Circle after receiving a report of a domestic disturbance. Deputy spoke with all parties involved and situation was resolved without incident.
WEOGUFKA
On June 14th, Sylacauga Ambulance and Weogufka First Responders were dispatched to CR 29 after a resident requested medical treatment. Resident was transported to Coosa Valley Medical Center.
On June 15th, Deputies were dispatched to CR 55 after receiving a report of Harassment. A report was completed, and case is under investigation.
On June 15th, Deputies were dispatched to US Hwy 280 after receiving a report of Criminal Mischief. A report was completed, and case is under investigation.
KELLYTON
On June 14th, Kellyton Medics were dispatched to AL Hwy 22 after receiving a report of a resident needing medical treatment. Resident was treated on scene.
On June 14th, Deputies were dispatched to CR 30 after receiving a report of Criminal Mischief. A report was completed, and case is under investigation.
On June 16th, Danny Jerome Hanson, a resident of CR 28, reported to the Coosa County Sheriff’s Office to update his quarterly Sex Offender registration.
On June 15th, Deputies were dispatched to CR 323 after receiving a report of a civil disturbance. Deputy spoke with all persons involved and situation was resolved without incident.
On June 16th, Rodney Lewis Robinson, a resident of CR 93, reported to the Coosa County Sheriff’s Office to update his quarterly Sex Offender registration.
On June 19th, Deputies, Alabama State Troopers, and Kellyton Medics were dispatched to CR 87 after receiving a report of a motor vehicle accident. Scene was released to Troopers for investigation.
On June 20th, Deputies were dispatched to McClellan Drive after receiving a report of a commercial burglar alarm. Deputy checked business and determined alarm to be false.
ROCKFORD
On June 14th, Deputies, Kellyton Medics and Stewartville Fire were dispatched to Main Street after receiving a report of a subject needing medical assistance. Subject was transported to Russell Medical Center.
On June 15th, William Daniel Bush, a resident of CR 3 reported to the Coosa County Sheriff’s Office to update his quarterly Sex Offender registration.
On June 15th, Deputies were dispatched to Ben Pruitt Road after receiving a request for a welfare check. Deputy made contact with resident and everything was determined to be ok.
On June 17th, Deputies were dispatched to Nixburg Road after receiving a report of a commercial burglar alarm. Deputy checked business and determined alarm to be false.
On June 18th, Deputies were dispatched to CR 110 after receiving a report of Trespassing. Deputy spoke with all parties and situation was resolved without incident.
On June 18th, Deputies were dispatched to CR 118 after receiving a report of Harassment by Communications. A report was completed, and case is under investigation.

On June 17th, Deputies were dispatched to AL Hwy 259 after receiving a report of an unwanted guest. A report was completed, and case is under investigation.

On June 16th, Kellyton Medics and Haynes Ambulance were dispatched to Atwater Drive after a resident requested medical services. Resident was transported to UAB by helicopter.
HANOVER
On June 15th, Sheriff Howell and Corporal Rudd attended the Hanover Neighborhood Watch Meeting to provide information to the communities from the Sheriff’s Office.
On June 16th, Deputies and Alabama State Troopers were dispatched to US Hwy 280 after receiving a report of a motor vehicle accident. No injuries were reported and scene was released to Troopers for investigation.
COTTAGE GROVE
On June 15th, Asberry Scott Jr., a resident of CR 93 reported to the Coosa County Sheriff’s Office to update his quarterly Sex Offender registration.
On June 20th, Deputies were dispatched to AL Hwy 9 after receiving a report of a civil dispute. A report was completed, and case is under investigation.
