To celebrate Dr. Seuss Day, also known as Read Across America Day, Ms. Wells’ kindergarten class decorated their very own sock and wrote about it after reading Dr. Seuss’ “Fox in Socks.” Photos submitted by SGA

JR Chapman had an excellent day at the Coosa County Steer & Heifer Show on Sunday. JR was named Supreme Champion Showman, and his Composite Charolais Market Steer, “Breakdown,” was named Grand Champion Market Steer! JR represented CHS and the Coosa County FFA Chapter well! Photos submitted by SGA
