Folks, can we bring back public shaming? Like the stocks from colonial government times? Perhaps at the four-way stop where everyone in town and then some can jeer and heckle as they drive by. 

Trash in public places is a disgrace. Nothing says “I don’t care” more than litter – with abandoned buildings a close second. 

It is hard to be your buzzard when you don’t respect your own town. Maybe I should just go on a spring break to rest my old heart.
